Abuse of Power by Enforcement body or Police? the global humanitarian concern.....

1. The "Natural Justice" as to the right of the accused is (inter alia) the 'right to be heard' under 'Due Process of Law'.
2. It is unfortunate to observe in recent days of several incidents in some countries that, the police or enforcement body habitually practice (without legitimate justification) to produce the accused shortly after the arrest in front of the journalists, reporters, public media or social media by compelling the accused to confess the offence even proceeding with the remand order or charge by no issue yet of the trial (judicial process).
 3. Such practice can easily be labelled as the abuse of power & misuse of position.
4. Police & other enforcement agents are supposed to be the shelter for the citizen against unlawful harm as to one's rights, life, wealth or dignity, but not desirable to be threaten to the peace & protection by abuse or misuse of power.
5. For the purpose of keeping the image of sovereignty with the true spirit of Democracy as to law & order it is strongly recommended with an urgent effect that, the government / law makers / enforcement authority of BD should rule out with stern enforcement capacity to stop such "misuse & abuse of power, position & law of the land".
