Sorry “NO” to Riot, Strike or Violation (Hortal, Oborodh & alike)?

The government / authority shall prove own-self totally free from self-orientation with dictatorship, but be a ‘determined servant’ with ‘just’ personality within the true democratic spirit, which may lead to “peace, progress & prosperity for all”.

Rationally, no effective solution can be achieved in any democratic right through ‘ILL CULTURE’.

Hence, Riot, Strike or Violation (Hortal, Oborodh & alike) may not bring peace to legitimate demands, but disaster at the cost of innocents and thus, are not democratically acceptable culture in the sound world of ant-terrorism.

To meet the democratic demands, the wise & prudential mechanism may be adapted alternatively with standard democratic spirit by mutual respect.

Among the mechanisms are:

1.       The demand shall be written with legitimate justification, to be submitted to the authority concern. This submission may also be followed by press conference in view of public awareness.

2.       The authority shall acknowledge the memorandum professionally with due respect.

3.       The authority shall on the spontaneously set a time frame in its acknowledgement memo for its official decision over the submitted demand.

4.       The authority shall go through the following steps before making the official decision:

(a)    Study the memorandum (demand) with true democratic spirit.

(b)    Opinion / debate from the relevant authorities on the possibility & legitimacy as to the democratic right over and the scope of meeting the demand.

(c)     The decision shall be made within the agreed time frame and be conveyed to the right recipients.

(d)    The fulfilment of the demand as per the decision shall be made within the agreed time frame and be known to public at large through press conference & medias.
